Restaurant relatively expensive but very good steaks
Had specially booked a room with twin beds, but first got rooms with double beds, also the second room. The nice receptionist then rearranged the beds herself and covered them.

Very nice staff, parking included, quiet location, but still not far from Perth
Furnishing is very old, carpet has already rippled in our room, musty smell, breakfast buffet very sparse. Although the service was very nice and it is a beautiful property, we would only book the hotel again after a modernization.

The area is very quiet, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast and dinner were very good and varied. The inside of the hotel is very beautifully antique.

Comfortable rooms, delicious food, and exceptional staff. Impressed with the outside sitting area, spacious car park, and welcoming receptionist. Superior Room was clean and had a generous tray of teas/coffee. Great value for money drinks, friendly bar man, and attentive waiters.

Intended to stay in travel lodge but they were full this was close by and took a chance. The hotel is better than the photos, all the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If I ever stay in Perth again this will be my number one choice.
Staff, service, standard of room, food.
Nothing of note.

Excellent Scottish breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom. Beautiful wide and large bed. Sufficient parking space. Dinner menu offers plenty of choice and the quality is excellent. Finally a hotel where the bar is still open late. And friendly staff.

Lovely 'Hunting Lodge' type building, set in its own pretty and 'well kept' grounds. The Staff were warm and friendly , [although there did not seem to be a lot of them arround]. Beds were clean and comfortable . Quality and Presentaion of food was good ,and at breakfast it was served on 'hot' as opposed to the usual 'luke warm' or cold plates, that seem to be the 'norm' in a lot of Hotels nowadays.
IThe Interior is a bit dark and 'unwelcoming' and the communal areas are looking a bit tired. The Air Condtioning cassettes are mounted on a flat roof ajacent to our bedroom and the noise produced by them is not conducive to getting a peaceful nights sleep. This hotels main probem is the samea as the vast number of older hotels; Namely the extremely poor soundproofing between rooms.

Breakfast options limited to prepackaged pain o chocolate and a yogurt/ musli tub. Breakfast rolls can be ordered and collected from the restaurant. Staff, grounds, and walks were great. Receptionist upgraded us to a spacious honeymoon suite. Bed was huge and comfortable. Complimentary drink and nice meal in the restaurant. Friendly staff made our weekend enjoyable. Would recommend!
